Just a Thought: The Standing Down of The Air Force

Tomorrow, the United States Air Force Air Combat Command will stand down all 100,000 active duty airmen in light of the nuclear warhead fiasco in Minot, ND.

The U.S., However, will not be unprotected. It will still have combat aircraft at the ready, mostly National Guard units.

This decision to stand down raises some serious issues and questions. One, why stand down all active duty personnel, and two, why in the world would you publicize it?

It's bad enough we have our media giving war plans out like free meal tickets. Now, we have our own military advertising to the whole world we are only going to be at 25 to 50 percent capacity for an entire 24 hour period.

No wonder we're not winning the war on terror.

Lebanese Man Caught With Assault Rifle

A Lebanese medical student was caught by police on Saturday, 09/08/07, in a Dearborn, Michigan park with a loaded AK-47. As well as the weapon, He was dressed in combat style clothing and had his face "Blacked Out". Upon further investigation by Dearborn police, it was discovered the subject had a website praising Hizbullah, the Palestinian terror group.

The Terror at Beslan

This very interesting and it's something that I've heard about in a roundabout way for a few months now. I was planning an article on this but I don't think I can put it out there as well as Glenn Beck and Brad Thor. It is basically about what is not being told about the attack at the school in Beslan, Russia and how such an ungodly and horrific attack is probably being planned for schools in the United States by Islamic Terrorists.

Bin Laden's New Look

With the release of the new video by Al-Qaeda, I've heard a lot of people both in and out of the intelligence community muse on just what the message is. The message isn't always what is said, but what is seen.

Besides all the praise for the martyrs and the babble on taxes and such, Bin-Laden calls for Americans to convert to Islam. Granted, this is a constant diatribe of Muslim extremists, but this call for conversion is, in my view, a little bit different and a lot more serious.

Muslims are required to invite any non-believers to convert to Islam. But more than that, there are protocols in place for a call to Jihad, or Holy War. Before any Muslim commits to Jihad, they must, according to the prophet Mohammed, invite the enemy to convert one last time, or go to hell.

Muslims are not allowed to dye their hair or beards under any circumstances unless...They are preparing for combat! Muslims can dye their hair and beards when preparing to go into combat because it is okay to show the enemy that they are surprisingly young. This is meant to put fear into the enemy's hearts.

Now, let's put two and two together. A call to conversion plus the dying of Bin-Laden's beard equals...Possible signal for another attack?

I am watching the internet for recent video posts to see if other higher-ups in Al-Qaeda are dying their beards. With today being the anniversary of 9/11, I'm a little on edge, as you should be also.
